What is project management

Who deals with the city permits?
We offer services to help manage all aspects of a project to meet municipal requirements from obtaining drawings, permits and fielding all related inspections.
Is it possible to live through a renovation?
The answer will really depends on the size and scope of the project. 11 North does set up protection to minimize amount of dust throughout the duration of the project. However, for a major renovation like removal of structural wall, or a whole floor renovation, it is best to consider other living options.
What is the payment structure?
Upon signing the contract and receiving a 30% deposit. The project will be scheduled for production. Typical projects follow payment schedule of 30% upon completion of framing and mechanicals, another 30% following drywall, painting and flooring. With the remaining 10% due upon the end of the project.
