"Working with Joe and Jon from 11 North Construction was a pleasure - we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. We mainly worked with Joe as he led the on-site work and liaised with his trades people. Both are professional, honest, accommodating, and will go above and beyond what we would expect any other contractor to do. We worked with them on removing a load bearing wall and renovating our kitchen, 3 washrooms, and laundry room. They also worked on refinishing our hardwood floors. They made sure everything was up to code and worked with the city to ensure we passed all building inspections. Our only regret was not having them do the rest of the house."
